Skills we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• 3+ years in a managerial position
• Intermediate+ English proficiency
• Understanding of multi-channel digital marketing and key principles for building campaigns on effective platforms to meet performance targets
• Ability to create reports and interpret results using Google Analytics, Firebase, Power BI, and other platforms
• Skills in building user segments and establishing effective communication channels, including automation
• Capability to analyze the target market and competitors and to develop effective strategies for achieving business goals
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and managing brand development
• Understanding of budgeting principles and building campaigns focused on ROI (ROMI)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication within the marketing team and cross-team collaboration to solve work tasks with minimal effort and time
