Опис вакансії

• Deep understanding of modern IT technologies, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and data management.
• Experience with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco and others.
• Knowledge of software licensing, in particular Microsoft products.

• Previous experience in IT management or IT leadership positions (3-5 years or more).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, including configuration, support and optimization.
• Knowledge and work with Check Point Firewall solutions (network security configuration, firewall management, etc.).
• Experience with Unifi, Aruba networking equipment (including setting up Wi-Fi infrastructure and network management).

• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, team and management.

• Experience in planning IT projects, managing budgets, and monitoring task performance.

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

• Control of the IT infrastructure:
• Ensure proper operation of systems, servers, network equipment and software.

• Coordinating and interacting with external IT vendors and service companies.

• Planning, implementing and monitoring IT projects.

• Prepare regular reports on IT project status, budgets, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and implement measures to protect corporate data.

• Coordinate technical support for company employees and quickly resolve critical requests.
