We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist – Events Management to join our team and spearhead our events management efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and creative skills, this role may be for you!

As the Marketing Specialist – Events Management, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all company events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that events align with our overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of company events, including concept development, venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop event themes, messaging, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand identity and key messages.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, signage, audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure resources and support for events.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising, to promote events and drive attendance.
• Track and analyze event metrics and feedback to measure the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to event management and marketing.
• Increase brand awareness and generation of leads for the sales and business development team by organizing events and participating in relevant conferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing and event management experience in a product-led company, preferably a B2B product.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Possesses keen attention to detail.
• Creative and able to think out of the box.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to use own initiative and prioritize workload.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Our company has a global reach which requires this role to manage events in different cities around the world. Availability and ease of travel are required.
