What you need to know/have:

• level of spoken English from confident B2;
• at least two years of commercial experience with Python and FastAPI;
• experience with Celery and Airflow;
• familiarity with AWS stack;
• strong knowledge of Redis;
• experience with Postgres DB;
• skills in unit testing and debugging with pytest or other tools;
• familiarity with modern AI tools such as Cursor or Claude will be a plus;
• experience working in a dockerized setup;
• understanding of threading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous architecture;
• knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and other development principles;
• experience with non-relational databases will be a plus;
• of course, strong communication skills, self-organization, responsibility, and proactivity.

‍Will be a plus:

• working with Elasticsearch, FastAPI, Flask and knowledge of SQLAlchemy, SQLModel or Tortoise ORM

What you'll be doing:

• writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for various client projects;
• reviewing peers’ code to ensure quality, adherence to best practices, and optimizing existing codebases for performance;
• translating client requirements into functional and scalable features;
• performing unit and integration testing;
• working closely with clients, front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions;
• identifying, diagnosing, and fixing software bugs and issues on time;
• creating and maintaining technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes;
• continuously learning and applying new technologies and best practices to improve development processes and outcomes.
