International Digital Marketing Agency is inviting a talented and motivated Outreach Team Lead to lead and optimize our link building efforts and contribute to our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and manage effective link building campaigns, ensuring quality and targeting the right sites.
• Research and build relationships with potential link partners like website owners, bloggers, and journalists.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality materials for partner sites.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, improving link building processes.
• Organize team workflows, create SOPs, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Track progress, set KPIs, and report link building outcomes to management.
• Manage outreach campaign budgets and oversee payment processes.
   

What We’re Looking For:
 

• At least 2 years of experience in linkbuilding, ideally in iGaming, with leadership experience a plus.
• Strong ability to build processes, lead strategies, and manage team members effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to take ownership and contribute to team growth.
• Keen attention to detail and focus on quality in outreach and link building.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
