Опис вакансії

We are looking for a motivated Principal Full-Stack Developer to join our team and develop innovative projects. Ideally, you need to have a passion for programming, great soft skills, and perfect English.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on modern web technologies.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks like ReactJS
Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Django, or similar technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with microservices architecture and API development (REST, GraphQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring developers.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English level (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, Python, Django, and Flask.
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and develop technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and security.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical vision of the company.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
