Requirements:

• Understanding of operational processes in various SME’s segments.
• Dynamic thinking in creating customer business cases and solving their challenges using the product.
• Empathy and the ability to view the product from the customers' perspective.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with product and marketing analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics) to identify growth points. - Experience in developing presentations and public speaking skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Behavior Analysis. Analyze customer behavior and engage in direct communication to improve the user experience.
• Value Proposition Development. Contribute to and shape the product's value proposition for various user segments based on their needs, utilizing marketing and product communication channels.
• Market and Competitor Research. Investigate the market and competitors to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams on the launch of new products/features and enhancements to existing ones.
• Presentations and Webinars. Conduct presentations (webinars) of new product features for users and Sales Teams, actively seeking and incorporating feedback.
• Product Marketing Performance Tracking. Monitor Product Marketing performance and work with customer feedback to understand and improve the development strategy.
• Customer Experience Optimization. Work on creating and optimizing the customer experience within the product.
