How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• develop the Delivery product, look for growth areas
• formulate and implement a product development strategy
• analyse the work of competitors
• coordinate and prioritise the product backlog
• develop product solutions (initiatives) to achieve goals
• track the impact of the implemented feature and product and business metrics

Challenges for six months:

• get acquainted with the internal processes in the company
• get acquainted with the current product plan, metrics, and issues of the Delivery product
• involvement in the formation of a strategy for the main areas of Delivery
• work out a backlog of hypotheses to achieve business goals
• working out a feature (hypothesis) from the current backlog
• prepare a Road map of product development, supported by estimates and deadlines based on the overall strategy for the direction
• prepare and present a quarterly plan

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

• experience in B2B projects will be an advantage
• experience with APIs

To achieve the results, you will need:

• at least 3 years of experience in launching, managing and developing new products
• experience with a mobile product
• skills in research and analysis of user needs
• market and competitor analysis skills
• experience in forming a product development strategy
• experience with metrics and target audience segmentation
• knowledge of English at Intermediate level
