We are looking for a skilled and driven Prompt Engineer to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in natural language processing, machine learning, and prompt design. In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective prompts to enhance AI model performance, ensuring the generation of accurate and contextually appropriate responses.

• Experience with AI language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and prompt optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or OpenAI APIs.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in human-computer interaction (HCI), UX research, or conversational AI.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and addressing biases in NLP systems.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Develop, refine, and test prompts for AI models to achieve specific tasks or desired outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design tailored prompts accordingly.
• Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and iteratively enhance prompt designs.
• Document prompt engineering techniques, best practices, and lessons learned for internal use.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) to apply state-of-the-art prompt engineering strategies.
• Ensure ethical considerations and mitigate biases in prompt designs.
