Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment within IT companies, with a focus on outstaffing.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Proven experience in successfully and quickly closing positions for outstaffing projects.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, and other sourcing channels for recruitment.
• Experience with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other sourcing tools and techniques
• Experience in building strong relationships with candidates.
• Proactive, with a passion for recruitment and finding the best candidates.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and fast-paced work environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and closing positions for outstaffing projects.
• Using various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, Telegram groups, and managing incoming applications.
• Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
• Verifying English proficiency and conducting English checks.
• Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Collaborating with Partnership Managers and Sales Managers to define role requirements.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with Technical Leads.
• Managing candidate profiles in the database.
