Requirements

• Completed courses in IT recruitment;
• 1 year of working experience as a Recruiter;
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies;
• Understanding of how to conduct HR interviews effectively;
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and recruitment data critically;
• Understanding of IT roles and terminology;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated and eager to learn;
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Would Be a Plus

• Knowledge of the Polish language will be regarded as a significant advantage.
