About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Full-Stack Developer to help create cutting-edge digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. Be part of our journey to revolutionize healthcare and redefine how technology enhances lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications across both frontend and backend.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Design and optimize data-driven systems, leveraging RESTful APIs and scalable database solutions.
• Create interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js, following best practices for reusable component structures.
• Develop backend services utilizing Python (FastAPI), and Typescript to support business logic and data processing.
• Integrate third-party platforms, including Stripe and AWS, for payment processing, cloud storage, and event-driven systems.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software deployments.
• Enhance application performance, SEO, and accessibility to ensure an optimal user experience across all devices and platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing in Python.
• Experience working with React and willingness to deepen expertise in it.
• Deep understanding of database architecture, optimization, and management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience integrating and managing cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries such as D3.js is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and work independently.
• Strong English proficiency for both verbal and written communication.

Nice to have skills:

• Hands-on experience in developing data visualization tools or sustainability dashboards.
• Previous experience in product ownership or leading cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in React, JavaScript, or related technologies.
