We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Creative Copywriter with a passion for the iGaming industry to join our dynamic team. This position requires a blend of creativity, experience in gambling, and a strong capability to work with AI-driven content generation tools. The ideal candidate will have a proficient command of English at a C1 level, and the ability to produce compelling and innovative content that engages and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, retention, product, and marketing teams to craft copy that is not only compliant but aligns with business requirements and branding strategies.
• Develop clear, short, persuasive, and creative copy across various digital platforms, including websites, emails, and additional marketing materials.
• Manage projects and their communication, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
• Review, edit, and refine content to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all communications.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials, following brand guidelines and style manuals diligently.
• Oversee the localization and translation of content to meet international standards.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the gambling industry.
• English Level C1+.
• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Strong portfolio displaying a wide range of writing styles and projects.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, CMS, UX best practices.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working with AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and open to regular feedback to foster continuous improvement.
