About Project:
Mobile games in the genres of casual, hybrid casual, and hyper-casual, with a focus on engaging puzzle mechanics that offer players simple yet deeply immersive experiences. Our projects combine intuitive gameplay with innovative solutions, creating games that are easy to pick up but hard to put down, offering users fun and challenging moments in every session.

Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize 3D models for characters, environments, and objects following the casual game style.
• Develop animations for characters and objects, ensuring smooth integration into Unity.
• Create and configure visual effects (VFX) within the game engine, optimizing them for mobile platforms.
• Follow concept art style and collaborate closely with the development and art teams to maintain visual consistency.
• Optimize graphic assets to ensure the game runs efficiently on mobile devices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, primarily in casual games;
• Strong skills in creating 3D models and animations specifically for Unity;
• Experience working with Unity’s Particle System to create visual effects;
• Proficiency in optimizing 3D graphics and visual effects for mobile platforms;
• Ability to work in a team and follow the game’s visual style.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of shaders and knowledge of Shader Graph;
• Knowledge in Hyper-Casual/Casual Games & Genres;
• A passion for mobile games and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends;
• Experience working with Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
