My experience with Accellabs was negative from the very beginning: instead of a proper onboarding process, there was constant pressure, random calls with forced screen sharing, and micromanagement of every single step. Tasks were given on the fly with no clear structure, while employees were expected to document, plan, code, and test simultaneously. The company demanded maximum output for minimum pay and provided zero job security. The atmosphere felt less like teamwork and more like survival.

Плюсы:The only positive side was that adapting quickly in such conditions proved my professionalism and ability to deliver results within just a few hours.
Минусы:Total control, lack of transparency, disregard for communication time, and the expectation that people should work as disposable resources.

I worked at NovaPay for less than a year as a portfolio manager.

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative.

I applied for a job in the financial monitoring department, but was offered a different role with corporate clients and sales. At the interview, I was told the job was simple, with training and no strict KPIs. In reality, there was almost no training, and managers expected results from day one.

The work environment was very stressful. My manager constantly pushed me for sales, even though it wasn’t part of my job description. The product we had to offer clients was unfinished and not competitive. I often worked 10–12 hours a day, doing extra tasks and writing reports that didn’t matter.

The biggest problem was the toxic leadership. My manager created a negative atmosphere, played office politics, and treated employees badly. Many colleagues left or were looking for new jobs.

Even though I always met KPIs and had no client complaints, I was let go during staff reductions — without warning or explanation.

Advice to management: listen to your employees, improve training, and review how your team leaders behave. Good professionals are leaving because of poor leadership.
