Our client is a company that operates in the energy trading sector, with a strong presence in regional and international markets, it leverages data-driven strategies and advanced trading models to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
As part of its digital transformation journey, the company is developing a next-generation Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system to streamline trading operations, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
The project provides an exciting opportunity for professionals to contribute to the full software development lifecycle of a high-impact ETRM system. Team members will collaborate across business, technology, and risk management functions to ensure the system aligns with market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
Please note: For this role, experience in the fintech/banking or energy sector is essential. Also, fluency in the Ukrainian language – is a must.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in either FinTech or Energy domain.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, digital banking, payments, and regulatory frameworks or energy market analytics, renewable energy trends, and asset management.
  • Experience with big data tools and ETL platforms (AirFlow, Kafka, Postgres, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in data modeling, BPMN, UML, ERD diagrams, and business process mapping.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and requirement elicitation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing/mockup tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with financial institutions, banking platforms, energy trading platforms, or renewable energy analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize business processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and understanding. Cross-department collaboration.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and provide business intelligence reports.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Work with development teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and contribute to strategic goals.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with business processes and propose mitigation strategies.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust infrastructure to support AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, enhance deployment processes, and ensure the stability of complex systems in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles with a strong focus on cloud environments and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Kubernetes, Cloud Storage, Load Balancers, and AI/ML-specific services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell, as well as tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI.
  • In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (preferably with Helm) for application deployment and orchestration.
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing in cloud environments.
  • Experience configuring observability solutions like Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
  • Proven track record in implementing security measures for cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and data protection.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualitifcations

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and data pipelines.
  • Expertise in designing and managing disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, tailored for large-scale AI applications.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and automated software delivery for AI workloads.
  • Utilize tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to ensure consistent, scalable, and repeatable infrastructure deployments.
  • Implement containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (including Helm) to ensure efficient resource utilization and high availability.
  • Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog) to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in security and compliance across all infrastructure and DevOps processes.
  • Partner with AI, data science, and development teams to align infrastructure with project needs and AI workload demands.
  • Research and adopt emerging DevOps tools and methodologies to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on personalized outreach
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B2C sales within the IT industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Odoo, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team, managing outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms daily
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
