As a Sales Development Specialist, you will take initiative to meet sales goals, qualify leads, build positive and lasting relationships with prospective clients, and consultative support future customers in decision-making. Your main focus will be lead generation, you will be the one who collect and evaluate potential sales opportunities. You will work very closely with both Sales Account Executive and Marketing team to meet sales growth targets. Your Responsibilities & Mission:

  • Lead generation, collecting and evaluating new potential sales opportunities.
  • Filling the pipeline with sales opportunities.
  • To promptly follow up on prospects.
  • Schedule quality appointments and meetings with prospects.
  • Perform Product demonstration on a high level.
  • Help Account Executive convert leads to new business.
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts.
  • Work towards a monthly sales target.

Your Qualification, Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably B2B sales experience in IT).
  • Understanding of IT business.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Passion about your role and contribution to company vision.
  • Positive attitude towards customers, company and colleagues.
  • Energy and self-drive - being eager to learn and keen to share.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to carefully listen.
  • Professionalism and tact - hold yourself to high standards.
  • Good organizational, time-management and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A result driven personality.
