Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company’s technological strategy in accordance with business goals.

Requirements
- Over 5 years of commercial PHP development experience, with a deep understanding of the language’s features and ecosystem (Symfony).
- Successful experience managing an IT team or leading technical projects for at least 3 years.
- Good knowledge of web application architecture, databases, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Skills in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Experience in implementing processes aimed at improving productivity and development quality.

Development of new functionality, creation of new services, support for existing solutions, and migration of the application to a microservices structure. Product is a multifunctional FinTech platform for attracting investments and providing customer with financing. The product has numerous integrations with various services (banks, service providers, credit bureaus, mobile operators, accounting systems).
Major technologies:
- Infrastructure: Docker, GCP, Gitlab CI/CD;
- Programming language and framework: PHP versions 7 and 8, Symfony 4/6;
- Databases: Mysql 5/8, Redis;
- Testing: PHPUnit.
Major responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in PHP programming (5+ for senior roles);
- Programming experience with PHP versions 5-8;
- Experience with PHP framework: Symfony (Doctrine);
- Experience with MySQL, Redis;
- Knowledge of REST API;
- Experience with Git, Gitlab CI/CD (nice to have for a middle, a must for a senior);
- Understanding of unit/functional/integration testing and experience in writing tests;
