We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us attract top talent and strengthen our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing skills, experience in IT recruitment, and a proactive approach to hiring. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to coordinating onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create job descriptions based on company needs and hiring requests;
  • Post job openings on company platforms and external recruitment resources;
  • Search, screen, and shortlist candidates, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers;
  • Conduct cold outreach to find candidates that match role requirements;
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams;
  • Monitor the job market, explore new sourcing channels, and optimize recruitment strategies;
  • Manage the hiring process from candidate search to involvement in onboarding;
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and analyzing hiring performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry;
  • Knowledge of candidate selection techniques and cold sourcing methods;
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of engagement;
  • Responsibility and organizational skills;
  • English proficiency (B1 and above) (a plus).
  • Understanding of mobile gaming industry recruitment (a plus);

We are looking for a CTO to lead the technical development of our company. Your role will be pivotal in developing and implementing technical strategies, managing product architecture, optimizing infrastructure, and coordinating engineering teams. You will be responsible for driving innovation, managing budgets efficiently, and hiring top talent to achieve ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, regularly reviewing and updating these strategies based on both external and internal changes.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of technical solutions by maintaining regular dialogue with company management and team leaders to adjust the technical strategy.
  • Managing and optimizing the company’s technical budget, including infrastructure, licensing, software, and hiring costs, while ensuring high-quality technical solutions. Identifying and evaluating cost-effective options, including selecting service and technology providers.
  • Designing and overseeing architectural solutions for all products and internal infrastructure. Participating in technology selection, defining coding standards, and approaches to development. Conducting architectural reviews.
  • Continuously researching new technologies and methods to improve product quality, implementing modern solutions in development processes, including game development, analytics, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Organizing and monitoring server infrastructure, cloud services, and development tools, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborating with external contractors and services.
  • Identifying staffing needs for technical roles, defining role requirements, creating job postings, conducting technical interviews, and evaluating candidates. Assisting in onboarding new team members.
  • Developing and implementing effective management processes for the development and testing of company products. Overseeing code quality, timelines, and resource allocation within technical projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of architectural solutions, DevOps practices, and development processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, including developing and launching products from scratch.
  • Experience in budgeting and managing technical departments.
  • Expert-level knowledge in one or more programming ecosystems (preferably C# and Python).
  • Experience in building cloud architectures, preferably in AWS (Cloud Architect certification is a plus).
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow and ClickHouse.
  • Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases and solid SQL knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage teams, including remote teams.
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to make long-term decisions.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with company leadership, partners, and team members, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in game development is a plus.
  • A technical degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
  • A proactive problem-solving approach.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
