Мне не понравилась коммуникация с этой компанией. Сначала было интервью, но потом они куда-то пропали на несколько недель. Хотя сами обещали дать обратную связь через несколько дней, на мои письма с вопросом "Вы где?" так и не ответили.

Компанія займається скамом і кидає людей на гроші. Обходьте стороною її. 
Плюсы:Ви навчитеся обманювати людей.
Минусы:Отримаєте нервовий зрив.

I worked at NovaPay for less than a year as a portfolio manager.

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative.

I applied for a job in the financial monitoring department, but was offered a different role with corporate clients and sales. At the interview, I was told the job was simple, with training and no strict KPIs. In reality, there was almost no training, and managers expected results from day one.

The work environment was very stressful. My manager constantly pushed me for sales, even though it wasn’t part of my job description. The product we had to offer clients was unfinished and not competitive. I often worked 10–12 hours a day, doing extra tasks and writing reports that didn’t matter.

The biggest problem was the toxic leadership. My manager created a negative atmosphere, played office politics, and treated employees badly. Many colleagues left or were looking for new jobs.

Even though I always met KPIs and had no client complaints, I was let go during staff reductions — without warning or explanation.

Advice to management: listen to your employees, improve training, and review how your team leaders behave. Good professionals are leaving because of poor leadership.
