- Collaborate closely with backend teams and other stakeholders.
Your professional qualities:
- 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, specifically managing web projects.
- Proven track record of managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial concept through to delivery and post-launch support.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing multiple teams, with the ability to effectively monitor workload and allocate resources.
- Strong skills in budgeting, project tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience in conducting the Discovery phase of projects.
- Knowledge or experience working on mobile application projects.
