We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing team in the eCommerce sector. This project focuses on enhancing the customer experience by overhauling the current online platform and implementing new features. The aim is to develop a seamless, user-friendly eCommerce platform that integrates with retail operations and improves customer engagement.

Your future responsibilities:

• Gathering information, describing, and modeling business processes within the E-commerce department, as well as related departments involved in E-commerce processes.
• Identify key performance indicators, analyze the sales funnel, and find growth points.
• Analyze performance and propose suggestions for process optimization within the online sales division.
• Analyze and formalize customer business requirements.
• Formalize technical specifications for development.
• Collaborate with development teams during the implementation and testing phases.
• Write technical documentation and user manuals.
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare relevant reports.
• Knowledge of UseCase and UserStory development.

Your professional qualities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in e-commerce).
• Experience with mobile applications.
• A higher education degree related to analytics, economics, or mathematics.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements.
• Experience working with systems such as Magento, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Jira, Confluence, ERP, and CRM.
• Understanding of process testing basics and E-commerce structures.
• Strong presentation and decision-justification skills.
• Experience with process, data, object, and system modeling – BPMN, UML.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and probability forecasting.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Basic programming knowledge, including object-oriented programming.
