Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing companies) in the position of Business Analyst
• Understanding of Blockchain principles, DeFi & NFT meanings, what are cross-chain communications, Ethereum, Polkadot & substrate-based chains, what is L2 infrastructure and what for, what are ZK rollups, and ZK in general
• Basic understanding of the crypto systems;
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience of handling Requirement Management during SDLC
• Experience with Jira & Confluence
• Knowledge of the Documentation and Requirement elicitation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working over Presales (As activity between projects)
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Translate blockchain-related concepts (DeFi, NFTs, cross-chain, L2, ZK rollups) into structured business and functional requirements.
• Manage and maintain project documentation in Confluence and related tools.
• Support requirement traceability and change management during the SDLC.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Assist in presales activities: requirement clarification, solution scoping, and preparing documentation for proposals.
• Conduct market and domain research within the blockchain/crypto ecosystem to support decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure timely reporting and alignment of requirements with project scope and client expectations.
