We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in AI-driven software development projects and proven expertise in one or more focused domains such as Sports Betting and iGaming, Retail, and the Airline industry.
This is a key role where you will bridge the gap between our clients, development teams, and stakeholders, and contribute to high-impact AI-based projects and digital transformation initiatives.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT software development industry.
• Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN, UML), requirement elicitation techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects involving Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies usage in business, data lifecycle, and their business applications, especially in regulated industries.
• Excellent command of English (min B2+ / C1 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional critical thinking, adaptability, and ability to handle complexity and ambiguity effectively.
• Emotional intelligence and effective communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred

• Domain experience in Sports Betting, iGaming, Retail, or Airline industries.
• Certifications in business analysis, Agile methodologies, or relevant AI/Machine Learning courses.

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

• Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and system requirements for AI-based solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies effectively
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients from different sectors, understanding their specific regulatory, operational, and technological landscapes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, contribute to non-functional requirements and product roadmaps.
• Work closely with product owners, solution architects, and development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and deliver business value.
• Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the solution meets both business and technical expectations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparent communication across teams.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, RFP responses, and demo scenario development.
