PayDo Marketing Team invites an experienced Search & Performance Marketing Manager to optimise our digital presence, manage advertising campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth.

If you have extensive experience in paid advertising and/or search engine optimisation – ideally in both – and take a data-driven approach to driving traffic and conversions, then you are exactly who we need for this role.
It would be a huge advantage if you have a portfolio or any success cases in SEO, PPC, or both, along with before-and-after analytics, and can include them in your CV when applying for this role.
Your regular tasks:
PPC:
- Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute paid media strategies to drive growth while maintaining budget control.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and other relevant metrics.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker Studio for campaign tracking, reporting, and visualisation.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Optimise paid campaigns by improving Quality Score, refining targeting, and enhancing the landing page experience.
- Collaborate with content and design teams on high-performing ad creatives and with development teams to optimise landing pages.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to benchmark PPC strategies and identify growth opportunities.
SEO:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website semantics to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and update the content marketing strategy, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Oversee external SEO efforts, including backlink building and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor SEO performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Conduct technical audits and implement on-page optimisation improvements.
- Generate reports on SEO effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale SEO/PPC and Google AdWords campaigns (and other leading advertising platforms);
- Experience in the FinTech industry would be a significant advantage;
- Proven expertise in SEO, including technical audits, on-page optimisation, and keyword strategy implementation;
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.);
- Experience with paid search advertising on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Ability to communicate and conduct analysis with a PPC/SEO agency;
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking and optimising key metrics (CPL, CPC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR);
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker Studio is a plus);
- Experience working with European markets;
- Experience in retargeting strategies, dynamic ads, and audience expansion techniques;
- Ability to develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies for PPC landing pages;
- Skilled in competitor analysis and benchmarking PPC/SEO strategies against industry standards;
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for scaling digital marketing initiatives.

Interpret complex and directive data into creative, engaging copy for diverse formats, including articles, lead magnets, landing pages, product copy (UI copy), PR materials, emails, and more, to demonstrate why PayDo is the optimal payment solution for all target audience segments, with a focus on both B2C and B2B markets.

- Create creative and technical articles for the PayDo blog and LinkedIn Newsletters, ensuring alignment with the content strategy and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Write PR materials to effectively represent the brand in public communications.

- Collaborate with the marketing lead to craft texts for email campaigns tailored to various audience segments.

- Maintaining consistent style and literacy across all company materials
- Optimize content according to SEO.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Assign design tasks to support articles and copy with necessary visual elements; engage external vendors, where necessary.
- Apply insights from user research to guide your ideas, and validate your solutions with user testing and analytics that help PayDo stand out from the noise and engage new users otherwise wouldn’t have reached.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience (Middle to Senior level) in content marketing and developing business-focused content within the fintech industry;
- Pro of simple and concise language as well as growth marketing copywriting best practices;
- Experience working on digital marketing collateral (Email, Facebook Ads, etc.);
- Experience working with WordPress;
- Creative mindset and strong communication skills;
- Deep understanding of the product development process;
- Basic understanding of SEO;
- Advanced level of English.

Initially, you will focus on gaining a deep understanding of our product, its market positioning, and internal processes. Subsequently, you will be responsible for identifying key areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance user experience, and driving product growth.
Your regular tasks:
- Define the Product Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Skills and qualifications:
- 4+ years of successful product management experience within the FinTech, PayTech, Hi-Tech, E-commerce, SaaS, or iGaming sectors;
- Prior in-house experience with fintech products (B2C/B2B) within a payments processing environment is essential;
- Experience in launching and managing successful online products for merchants (ideally launching the same service);
- Thorough knowledge of payment gateways, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), acquiring banks, and industry regulations;
- Expertise in traditional and emerging payment methods, including digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), mobile money transfers, cryptocurrencies, and open banking;
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and prioritise features based on business value and user needs;
- Proven ability to effectively gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders;
- Proven track record of successfully improving product commercial performance and enhancing user experience;
- Experience with complex web and mobile application development;
