PromoRepublic is a cutting-edge, data-driven marketing platform dedicated to empowering franchise and multi-location brands to amplify their local visibility through search and social media. We’re looking for a passionate and driven T-shaped Marketing Manager to join our team and play a significant role in creating and capturing demand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns and collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for certain industries to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels, including webinars, email marketing, LinkedIn, offline conferences, paid search, paid social, retargeting, etc.
- Partner with SDR Team Lead to inspect and optimize lead follow up processes and nurtures.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Own webinars at all stages from planning to execution including holistic pre- and post-event/webinar strategies, webinar set up, streaming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
What experience and skills we are looking for:
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, with a focus on SaaS.
- Experience working with the US, Canada, and UK markets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to test various marketing assumptions and scale the most effective strategies for achieving positive results.
- Growth mindset – enthusiasm for challenges and a strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Intercom, Hotjar, etc.
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the front line of revenue generation and the literal first impression of the company to prospective customers. You are part of a highly efficient and productive sales team where you will learn sales skills and techniques. Success in this role opens endless possibilities within PromoRepublic and sales positions anywhere.
Key responsibilities:
- Calling and emailing Franchise brands each day with the goal of introducing them to PromoRepublic local marketing offerings.
- Scheduling meetings with Marketing roles.
- Effectively deliver the value proposition of PromoRepublic in short-form conversations with prospects.
- Generate interest in PromoRepublic and schedule demos.
- Work collaboratively to reach individual quotas and team revenue goals.
- Understand the basics of PromoRepublic products and be able to convey the basics to others.
- Identify and qualify leads, and pursue conversion of leads to opportunities.
