We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join the team developing software for the banking sector.

Main requirements:

• Experience in project management: at least 2 years of experience in project management, with an advantage in the IT sector
• Ability to perform project manager’s activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases;
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall;
• Strong client-oriented attitude, focus on a value we deliver;
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies to communicate effectively with the development team;
• Understanding of different phases in the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
• Ability to optimise existing processes and create and implement new ones
• Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with experts and customers.
• Experience in creating technical documentation: Skills in developing and updating technical documentation for IT projects.
• Skills in team workload distribution and prioritisation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, Visio, draw.io.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle project management;
• Preparation of project plan and coordination of deadlines, documentation;
• Building workflow in the development team, testing, working with requirements;
• Team management, task distribution, control, ensuring effective cooperation, motivation, communication;
• Stakeholder relations: ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal departments;
• Project technical documentation development: creation and updating of technical documentation for effective project implementation;
• Resource planning: optimising the use of human and material resources to maximise project efficiency;
• Monitoring and reporting: systematic monitoring of project progress, analysis of results and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders;
• Risk management: identification and management of project risks to ensure successful completion of projects
