Очікувані результати роботи та критерії оцінки виконаної роботи:
- Описані, узгоджені та затверджені бізнес-процеси закупівель.
- Оновлений та доповнений перелік функціональних і нефункціональних вимог до системи SAP Ariba для її вдосконалення та підтримки актуальності.
- Узгоджені та протестовані бізнес-вимоги до змін у SAP Ariba відповідно до запитів користувачів.
- Створений повний пакет документації та навчальних матеріалів щодо роботи системи SAP Ariba.
- Забезпечено підтримку функціонування SAP Ariba: опрацьовано інциденти, надано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення, передано задачі на технічне доопрацювання
Що потрібно буде робити:
- Спілкуватись із зацікавленими сторонами, виявляти та документувати послідовності виконання процедур, моделювати блок-схеми або описувати процеси "як є".
- Вивчати бізнес-потреб, аналізувати процеси, розробляти та документувати вимог.
- Визначати типи тестів, розробляти тестові сценарії, встановлювати критерії прийняття робіт.
- Збір і структурування інформації про систему, розробка документації та навчальних матеріалів.
- Налаштування в системі SAP Ariba, відповідно до Технічних вимог та запитів користувачів.

- Умієш чітко та структуровано комунікувати з технічними та нетехнічними стейкхолдерами

- Вмієш вести фасилітацію зустрічей, організовувати збір вимог і презентувати рішення.
Musthave для майбутнього колеги (кваліфікаційні вимоги):
- Досвід. роботи бізнес-аналітиком або системним аналітиком щонайменше 2 роки.
- Знання Знання техніки моделювання процесів: BPMN 2.0, UML (в тому числі Draw.io, Visio, або подібними інструментами). SQL, API або інтеграцій між системами (буде перевагою). Навички складання технічної документації: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
- Мова. Вільне володіння українською, та англійською мовами (Intermediate, В1).
- Технології. Знаєте, як користуватись SAP Ariba або подібними ERP/ITSM/Procurement системамитаск-менеджерами (працюємо в Space), MS Office, системою електронного документообігу (працюємо в ДокПроф).
- Освіта. Закінчена вища освіта .
