We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing (preferably external marketing for IT outsourcing).
• Ability to create compelling content and impactful presentations, including infographics, text, case studies, and website materials, that effectively engage and persuade potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Proactive and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
• Extensive expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools, as well as email marketing and outreach services, to effectively measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative growth strategies and continuously enhance our company brand.
• Develop and deliver powerful, client-centric presentations that highlight our services and technical expertise.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with designers to create visually appealing content and with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract and convert new clients.
• Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
