Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the company’s technological strategy in accordance with business goals.
• Develop and execute a technological strategy aligned with Aventus IT’s business model and scaling AGIS.
• Lead a team of developers and engineers, ensuring high performance and successful project delivery.
• Oversee solution architecture, code quality, and development processes.
• Optimize architecture to ensure stability, scalability, security, and compliance with fintech standards (KYC/AML integrations, scoring, BI, etc.).
• Make key technical decisions and participate in selecting technologies and tech stacks.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Collaborate with other company departments for the effective implementation of products and services.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial PHP development experience, with a deep understanding of the language’s features and ecosystem (Symfony).
• Successful experience managing an IT team or leading technical projects for at least 3 years.
• Good knowledge of web application architecture, databases, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Skills in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Experience in implementing processes aimed at improving productivity and development quality.
