Binariks is looking for an experienced and highly skilled solutions engineer/architect specialized in LLMs and Agentic Frameworks.This role bridges sales/pre-sales activities and technical delivery teams. Main responsibilities lie in understanding client needs, architecting and designing innovative AI solutions, demonstrating feasibility via POC, supporting the sales process and providing technical leadership and advisory during the project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience combined in DataScience, AI/ML Engineering or Software engineering
• At least 2 years of proven hands on experience in building solutions utilizing LLMs including practical application of fine tuning, prompt engineering techniques
• Demonstrated ability in design, building and deploy AI agents or multi agents systems using well established frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar) including regulatory requirements and constraints around security and explainability
• Familiarity with AutoML platforms like DataRobot, H2O and cloud deployments AWS/GCP/AZURE
• Proved experience in a client facing role such as Architect, advisor, consultant, technical presales

Desired qualifications

• Professional certification in one of the top clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) in Architecture or AI/ML specialty
• Experience with specific enterprise platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Databricks Mosaic Ai etc
• Experience in applying AI solution in specific industry verticals (Healthcare, Finances, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail)

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the presales teams to engage prospective clients acting as a primary technical point and trusted advisor
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops and assessments to deeply understand client business challenges, technical environment and identify opportunities.
• Architect end to end solutions tailored to client needs to automate complex business processes and workflows.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos and customized POCs that effectively showcase business value
• Provide technical expertise for creation proposals, SOWs,implementation roadmaps and accurate cost/effort estimations
• Engage in hands on development activities, review code, fine tune LLMs and models, implementing advanced prompt engineering techniques and integrating AI components with client existing system.
• Build, test, deploy, manage scalable and secure AI agents and agentic workflows
• Implementing and follow MLOps/LLMOps best practices for AI project lifecycle, including version control and CI/CD, performance monitoring and feedback loops.
• Collaborate effectively with project delivery teams and ensure seamless integration with clients systems, facilitate smooth transition from POC to production
• Serve as SME in LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI and their practical applications for both external and internal teams
• Provide advisory services, guidance and support during and after project implementation to guarantee client success
• Identify opportunities and contribute to the development of reusable components, frameworks and reference architectures
• Continuously research and stay up to day to the latest advancements , frameworks, tools and best practices.
