We are looking for Middle or Senior full-stack dev to join our partners team, we are looking for someone who has early startup experience to join our all remote workforce in this journey to improve access to quality mental healthcare in the United States. You will get to build our platforms for clinicians and consumers with the modern stack of technologies and scale the software to 10X & beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Typescript, React, GraphQL, JS, and AWS event-driven architecture to develop and maintain critical features like clinical outcome-based care & monitoring and telemedicine, ensuring robustness through AWS services (API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS, SQS). Emphasis is on system-level work, providing architectural designs and decision inputs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, efficient web experiences, leveraging your ability to influence architectural decisions for seamless operation.
• Uphold high engineering standards, actively contributing to architecture decisions and promoting best practices in system design, particularly in integrating AWS services for scalable.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in building scalable web applications and backend services, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Solid experience in AWS event-driven architecture and a proven ability to work at a system level, offering architectural designs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, GraphQL, and microservice architecture, with a focus on designing scalable solutions using.
• Demonstrated capability in deploying tech stacks with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitHub Actions), and cloud environments, especially AWS. A knack for system-level thinking and architectural design in cloud-based.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and building loosely coupled Ability to influence architectural decisions and design patterns for efficient, scalable systems.
• A passion for improving mental healthcare, integrating system-level architecture considerations into project planning, and a track record of strong ownership and collaboration skills, with a commitment to influencing architectural decisions and promoting software development best.

What would set you apart:

• Experience building and scaling up multiple V1 applications from the ground;
• Experience with secure code guidelines, HIPAA and web accessibility (a11y).
