We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who will enhance relations with our clients' portfolio, discover new upsell opportunities, and resolve daily challenges with the clients.
Working with sales and engineering teams, you will keep good-quality services delivered to our clients and play a crucial role in customer success.

What you'll be working on:

• Conduct onboarding huddles and set up accounts.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients through daily, weekly, and monthly check-ins.
• Process customer needs and growing opportunities.
• Monitor channels to upsell to our existing clients.
• Handle offboarding or team transitions.
• Sort out any client issues before they turn into big deals.
• Prepare weekly invoices for account and our finance team.

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Upper-Intermediate English level to be able to communicate with the clients;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and conversations;
• Understanding of IT contract financing models: hourly rate (T&M), flat rate, retainer. Ability to calculate basic financial metrics of a client/project;
• Familiarity with task managers: Asana, Trello, Linear.

Experience that will be a plus:

• Experience as an Account Manager/Customer Support;
• Experience to research job opportunities on LinkedIn and job boards (like AngelList);
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Bard.
