AIR Media-Tech successfully develops the largest ecosystem of media and IT products and services for such platforms as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
The AIR Media-Tech ecosystem includes almost 50 services and products using IT, Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, AI and Big Data technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming requests for translation, dubbing, and video editing.
• Ensure prompt communication between freelancers and customers.
• Accept source materials (media files) from customers.
• Communicate and set tasks for freelancers.
• Provide reports related to the provision of services.
• Carry out the loading of finished material and supply to the customer.
• Execute quarterly OKRs, and annual targets agreed with the manager.

Requirements:

• You have at least 1 year of project work experience - manager/account manager/customer support.
• You speak English well (B2+).
• Strong knowledge of PC: MS Office and Google services.
• You have the following personal qualities: systematization, organization, and perseverance.

Advantage experience:

• Prior experience working with YouTube bloggers and knowledge and understanding of YouTube principles.
