TemaBit Fozzy Group is an IT company that develops unique solutions for over 40 businesses. We specialize in web and mobile development and software for managing business processes and infrastructure projects. Our projects consist of the development and support of various software products in the following areas: Logistics, E-com, Big Data, ML, etc. As a Middle Node.js Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications. You will collaborate with the team to build scalable and efficient solutions while continuously improving your technical expertise. Your work will involve implementing features, optimizing performance, and ensuring code quality. You will also participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements:

• Node.js Experience (3+ years): proven experience building production-grade applications using Node.js ecosystem;
• proficiency in JavaScript (solid understanding of modern ES6+ features) and TypeScript;
• experience with frameworks like Nest.js, Fastify or Express;
• solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (experience writing raw SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.) and their integration with Node.js, including ORM/ODM frameworks like TypeORM or Drizzle;
• experience integrating backend services with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular;
• understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL from the frontend perspective;
• experience with unit and integration testing using Jest or similar framework;
• basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment concepts;
• experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.

Nice-to-Have:

• experience with AI services;
• familiarity with AWS (services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3) or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

• design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement web applications;
• participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from development to deployment;
• write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions;
• conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers;
• troubleshoot and debug production issues.
