Elogic Commerce is looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have a proven experience of eCommerce project management, Magento 2 experience would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing).
• Communicating with the external and internal stakeholders.
• Applying Agile methodology and following the best practices.
• Management of changes during the implementation is the must have skill.
• Management of risks and interdependencies during the implementation.
• Ensuring full transparency of the implementation of the projects for all participants and interested parties.
• Preparation and facilitation of management decisions related to the implementation of projects based on the formed alternatives.
• Support and implement corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation and achieving business results.

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience in managing software projects team (4-10 people at least);
• eCommerce projects management experience;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders;
• Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps;
• Mastery of Agile methodology;
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other);
• Mastery of task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, other);
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English.
