We’re looking for a middle Project manager to join our friendly, multinational team. Working here means collaborating with a diverse mix of people and projects. We work with various Salesforce products, so you’ll get to explore and develop a range of skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing full spectrum of Software Development Lifecycle;
• A deep understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches;
• Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA;
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and manage various stakeholders, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle;
• Strong aptitude for addressing conflicts and challenges within project teams, stakeholders, or clients, and effectively resolving issues to maintain project momentum;

Nice to have:

• Project management certifications, such as CAPM or Scrum Master;
• Experience in facilitating pre-sale activities; Proposal and SOW creation;
• Familiarity with Salesforce;

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to closing and maintenance phases;
• Provide stakeholders with visibility into progress and deliverables;
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality;
• Ensure change management procedures are followed at a right time;
• Manage project risks effectively;
• Lead and mentor project teams;
• Participate in project budget planning, forecasting, and execution;
• Participate in company process improvements
