We are looking for an Middle QA Engineer to join us as part of our team.
This role is crucial to the team’s success, directly contributing to the quality and impact of our product delivery.

About the project

The team focuses on delivering seamless integrations and user experiences across multiple platforms. Team owns critical domains, like the Upload List application, PitchBook API services, CRM integrations, and Chrome Extensions for embedding data into workflows. Project is in active development

Worldwide usage includes large corporations, start-ups, venture capital and private equity firms, investment banks, and many others. As a qualified expert You will

• Provide functional and non-functional testing.
• Analyze product requirements and support the development process.
• Investigate, accumulate, and analyze info from specs, mockups, tickets, chats, and emails for further documentation.
• Provide integration testing within the microservice architecture environment.
• Create, manage, and control test documentation – test-cases, test-reports, checklists, etc.
• Perform regular testing runs (Regression, Smoke).
• Monitor production with Sentry, Kibana, Grafana, etc.
• Create automation API tests
• Support (mostly) and create automation UI tests (Java + Selenium Webdriver) using automation testing design patterns (Page Object and Page Factory).

We’re looking for you if you have

• 3+ years of experience in QA.
• 1+ years of testing automation using Java.
• Understanding and ability to apply QA processes and test design techniques
• Experience in working with DB (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in REST API testing (e.g. via Postman tool, Swagger).
• Experience in using Chrome/Firefox/IE Dev Tools.
• Understanding of application client-server architecture.
• Expertise in automated testing (creating, support automation tests)
• Team-work oriented. Our QA community comprises 60+ QA Engineers and SDETs and is built on mutual respect, support, and communication.
• English: upper-intermediate. We have lots of written communication with the product team, and all the documentation is in English. Moreover, we have regular meetings with them in person, so speaking is also a must.

Bonus Points

• Experience in finance/investment industry-related projects, including knowledge of basic terms and key standards.
• Working with test documentation via test management tool (preferably TestRail).
• Experience with task-trackers (preferably Jira).
• Basic knowledge of IDE (preferably Intellij Idea), Docker, CI, Git.
• Proven remote team collaboration experience.
