Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Project/Program Manager
• Experience in the FMCG industry or integration/solution/product companies
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Agile Project Management
• Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
• Being a fast learner with high presentation and communication skills
• Experience in project implementation processes
• Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts
• Upper-Intermediate level of English to maintain communication with clients, teams
• Proficiency in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Managing projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)
• Maintaining daily communication with the business and different departments
• Shaping and managing the business expectations
• Ensuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completion
• Finding out milestones and solutions for the project growth
