Описание вакансии

Requirements

Experience with agile methodology (in particular scrum, kanban)
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Experience in planning more than one version ahead
Strong understanding of the mobile development cycle
Understand technical aspects (basic understanding of APIs, JSON, software architecture)
Release planning, managing and controlling deadlines
Effective management of the development team, ability to motivate and give feedback
Technical background (developer, QA, BI) is very welcome.

Will be a plus

Knowledge of product metrics (LTV, CPI, etc.)
Knowledge of Strapi, CrowdIn tools

Key responsibilities

Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Resolving issues and conflicts related to requirements
Working closely with Product Owners & Marketing Managers
Communicating with service teams (backend (yes, regarding mobile development, backend is our service team), content, localization)
Setting tasks for the team, providing estimates (in Story Points), evaluating risks
Controlling task deadlines
Tracking team performance
People management (1-1, probation closure, performance review)
Team motivation, team building, conflict resolution
