Requirements

Experience managing complex product development cycles
The ability to speak both "business" and "technical" languages fluently
Skills in diplomatic pushback when necessary
A talent for documentation and process improvement without creating bureaucracy
The confidence to make decisions when others won't
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities without losing momentum

Responsibilities

Become the island of stability in a sometimes chaotic environment
Transform the CEO's vision into actionable plans that the team can execute
Shield the development team from unnecessary distractions while keeping them productive
Create clear communication channels between all stakeholders
Dive deep into the business to understand what truly matters
Develop processes that work for humans, not against them
Manage expectations across different time zones
Help us grow from service provider to invaluable partner
