FinchGuard develops a SaaS white-label solution that allows crypto-related companies such as virtual asset service providers (VASPs) automate AML function, decrease costs and stay compliant in the changing regulatory landscape. You will work in a small but cheerful team of back-end and front-end developers, a designer and a soon-to-be QA engineer. The ideal candidate can have the tasks done as well as be initiative.

Your job:

You will be the interception between the business and product teams. You are good at both finding common language with tech geeks and communicating with potential clients. Your KPIs will include increasing P&L, managing the development team and, of course, building the first class product.

Your tasks:

• Shaping the product to relieve the pain of an end-user.
• Defining the roadmap aimed at a growing market share.
• Overseeing daily operations of the team to ensure constant delivery of New features as well as stability and scalability of the solution.
• Doing everything else to make the business prosper.

About you:

• A technical or financial background (6+);
• Management experience or your own projects;
• You are good at delivering results;
• Excellent English and Russian.

Other requirements:

• Other European languages are a plus;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
