Hello! We are Cleveroad, and we are looking for a talented Project Manager who can effectively manage a team, has strong leadership qualities, is keen on proactive decision-making, and is eager to work to achieve results.

Our requirements:

• Work experience – from 1 year and more.
• Spoken English level not lower than – Pre Intermediate/Intermediate.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.
• Readiness to work from the office in Dnipro.

It will be your advantage:

• Basic understanding of presale/upsales mechanisms.
• Technical knowledge in Web/Mobile development.

Your responsibilities:

• Communication with team.
• Team management and coordination between team participants (distribution of workload by task, timely distribution of available resources).
• Preparation and definition of project scopes, schedule, budget, and resource plans based on approved team composition.
• Ensuring a transparent work process for all parties involved.
• Defining project criteria and development strategies to meet requirements and ensure the highest quality of the project.
• Control of the change management process.
• Control of the development to ensure its compliance with the budget project and deadlines.
• Usage of various methods of risk management and control.
