What is your work:

• Search for the right technical solutions to implement the functionality;
• Distribution of tasks by priority at a set pace;
• Implementation of project regulations (Design → Development → Release);
• Correct time distribution of employees in the project and the correct calculation of the time for the release;
• Communication with and coordination of developers on projects;
• Backlog processing, evaluation, support and improvement of working projects;
• Understanding customer needs (according to the specifics of the industry field);
• Conducting several projects at the same time.

Primary requirements:

• At least 2 year of commercial experience with projects and development coordination as a Project Manager in an IT company;
• Experience in a product company or BA experience;
• Technical background (education, work experience). It is very important for us if you are technically savvy and able to think over the logic of the application on your own;
• Ability to work with people, communication in a team;
• Skills to create an analytics system from scratch on a working project;
• Understanding how REST API and web services work;
• Experience with requirements (collection, analysis, transition into User Stories or Tech Requirements);
• Adequacy in relation to others and in relation to yourself;
• BA experience would be a big plus.
