At HebronSoft, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced IT team assisting a diverse team across all orgs. Moreover, you will be a part of a company with social responsibility in its DNA. Social responsibility is a cornerstone of Hebron Soft, and we use it to change people's lives with Hebron Soft IT Academy for orphans and the underprivileged.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects both internal and external ones.
• Reporting project status to clients.
• Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Managing project teams, monitoring team performance.
• Ongoing communication with clients. Understanding and communicating of the client business needs to project teams.
• Report projects progress according to the defined communication plan.
• Controlling budget and scope of the project.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.

Requirements:

• At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
• 3+ years of experience in roles within the agile software development environment;
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure;
• Expert in Project Management areas and methods, including Risk Management and Stakeholders management;
• Proven track record for successfully delivering middle-sized projects in the IT field;
• Product mindset and ability to contribute and shape the product development;
• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Experience in project planning, reporting;
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
