We are looking for a talented, energetic, and dedicated project manager to join our team at InterCode. Our team boasts years of expertise in delivering high-quality apps, managing projects from inception to production, and providing ongoing support. We pride ourselves on meeting business requirements and exceeding client expectations in every project we undertake.

Responsibilities:

• Leading 3 small projects simultaneously;
• Daily meetings with clients;
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery;
• Processing client requests via Jira ticketing systems, and email channels;
• Creating, maintaining, and communicating project status, plans, sprint plans, and backlog to the client based on estimates and team capacity;
• Writing project documentation and product requirements, including roadmaps, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), charters, reports, and requirements traceability matrix;
• Creating Gantt charts;
• Monitoring development progress, identifying risks, and coordinating with the team to find solutions, communicating them to internal stakeholders;
• Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and ensure project success;
• Monitoring and analyzing project metrics using Jira to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize team performance;
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements and deadlines;
• Improving existing unit processes and creating new ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• Building relationships of trust with the customer to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Professional experience (Project Manager in IT company) at least 1,5 year;
• English – at least Upper-Intermediate level.
• Experience with Scrum, familiarization with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies;
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Proofhub, Figma, Miro;
• Experience in Sprint Planning (including Scrum Poker) & Burndown Chart, Efficient Retrospectives & Conclusions/Action Items, Critical Path & Chain, Gantt Diagram;
• Experience in writing documentation mentioned above;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• Result-oriented mentality.
