Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;
• Familiarize yourself with current project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, actively supporting project execution;
• Proactively anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the entire project lifecycle;
• Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals;
• Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates through project status reports;
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Certification in project management;
• 1+ years of commercial experience;
• At least B2 level of English;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills;
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology implementation;
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
