As Sales Manager, you will take a key role in driving GSS’s strategic growth by connecting our tailored outstaffing solutions with forward-thinking tech companies worldwide. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while working alongside a collaborative global team. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a team lead role, taking on greater strategic responsibility and guiding the evolution of our sales function.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales within IT outstaffing, outsourcing, or tech services.
  • Proven ability to close deals and build lasting B2B relationships.
  • Advanced English (C1+); second foreign language (e.g., German, French, Dutch) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and outreach automations.
  • Ability to deeply understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • High level of self-motivation and ownership over results.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership or team lead role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad for occasional business trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the full-cycle sales process: from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and target ideal clients within the IT and tech industries.
  • Generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MeetAlfred, Upwork, Fiverr, and more.
  • Launch and manage outreach campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Present GSS services with impact, addressing pain points and offering real value.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company goals.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships for long-term growth.
  • Keep CRM (Odoo) updated to track all activities, forecasts, and progress.
  • Analyze pipeline data to improve conversion rates and reduce lead cycle time.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Recruitment to deliver client success.
  • Represent GSS at global tech events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
