We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture – we are a young, happy, and motivated mastermind team working together remotely from all around the world. The candidate shall form a mastermind alliance with our Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating Sales Volume/Revenue: Actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • New Client Acquisition: Prospecting and acquiring new clients by showcasing the benefits of AladdinB2B’s platform.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring clients are satisfied with the platform’s features and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of AladdinB2B’s offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential leads and understand market trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback.
  • Adaptability: Being adaptable to changes in the market and continuously refining sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improving sales skills and staying updated on industry developments.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
  • Using AI Integration.
  • Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month.

Key Skills and characteristics:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Strategic mindset to anticipate and address operational challenges.
  • Expertise in utilizing project management software, especially ClickUp. Computer & software skills, > Google Apps skills including Google calendar, Google docs, Google email, Google drive, Google forms and Google tasks.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
