We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager with a proven track record in building business process systems. This individual will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of the AI agent platform, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in designing and launching business process automation systems.
• Understanding of generative AI, prompting, and practical AI usage for business flows.
• Experience working in startup product companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify requirements, uncover potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
• English is Upper Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM or ERP platforms, AI-driven products, or voice-based conversational interfaces.
• Background in B2B platforms or enterprise solutions.
• Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional product requirements.
• Guide the design and development of workflows integrating traditional logic, AI capabilities, and conversational interfaces.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and sales, to deliver the product.
• Prioritize creating a seamless and intuitive user experience across all workflow elements, including human interaction and AI-based features.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate the platform’s success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
